Garden Retreat Seasonal Positions 2026
Are you passionate about gardening and helping others? We are looking for a few key players to join our team for the upcoming growing season!
All job positions are seasonal part time or full time (25-40 hours per week). All applicants must be available to work weekends. You will be required to work outside in ALL types of weather, stand for extended periods of time and do some lifting. Wages TBD based on experience.
We are looking for individuals to fill the following positions:
Cashier/Customer Service
Duties will include - operating the cash register/till, providing customer service, cleaning and general organizing, receiving new product and restocking shelves, watering and other general plant care.
Some gardening and/or indoor and outdoor plant care knowledge is preferred.
General Labourer
Duties will include - providing customer service, loading soils/mulch for customers, yard maintenance, general cleaning and organizing, receiving new product and restocking shelves.
Must be physically fit. Some gardening and/or indoor and outdoor plant care knowledge would be an asset.
Plant Care Specialist/Customer Service
Duties will include - providing customer service, offering plant and product information and recommendations, performing general gardening duties (watering, fertilizing, pest monitoring, transplanting, etc.), receiving new product and restocking shelves, general cleaning and organizing.
Previous work experience in gardening and outdoor plant knowledge is essential. Indoor tropical plant knowledge would be an asset.
